I lived there for a year. It was great, I genuinely had an excellent experience there. I do want to say however that the maintenance team lead by Jose are my absolute heros! They went above and beyond in not just maintaining my apartment but when I was moving both in and out. Seriously next level help that I just could not have expected. So thank you Jose this shoutout is genuinely for you man. Youre my guy and Ava is lucky to have you!

We loved living at Ava for the past 2 years. Great staff in the office and maintenance, clean amenities, and you cant beat the location! Highly recommend to anyone considering moving in, youll love it!

Ive been at AVA for little over 3 months now and couldnt be happier, great amenities, rad neighbors and the apartment itself is great. Jacob and all the other AVA management is extremely helpful as well!

I have had a very positive experience living at Ava so far!!! The move in process went well. Maintenance has been super quick if anything has come up. Also the staff have been very quick with responses as well.
