He knew I was homeless and my husband was stalking me and Brennan waited until I was homeless and had me Live on his Sofa! He sexual abused me with his wife's approval!He lost custody of my 2 Sons to an abusive Father!Don't ever- Men or Women Trust him to Represent You and Your Children's Rights in the Orange County California Law System!

I got a divorce starting in 1993  I was struggling and I went to michael and he was a voice of reason it like a fool I went elsewhere he put me on the right track . As I say this way back the only reason I even looked at his yelp as I have a good friend going thru hell and I was telling him how my stuff went together after a lot of questions and his little book he gave me I will say this also I ended up with both my girls living with me and one is a rn and the other is a union electrician also my ex jus passed away suddenly and has brought about some memories both good and bad forMy daughters and their families I see mike looks at these and I'm gonna say sir u were a godsend to my family and also my kids . Just wanted you to know it was major what you did for us shelley made the national honor roll last year with a 4.0 gpa and is on trac to maintain a 3.5 threw out this year colton is excelling in both academics and both rugby and Popwarner and hopes to attend Moter de  high school what you did changed their life thank you for everything I know my financial situation and my moms well my mom in general were not ideal but thank you  Mr brennan was able to mak the drive out to Hesperia and fought to get our kids out of a terrible situation with a ridiculous court system  and with in the timeframe he gave me he got me full custody go buy this mans book read it follow the instructions he gives you it's a proses but he knows what he is talking I can't believe what he achieved he is awesome!

This attorney is one of the worst family law attorneys in the business, based on his reputation and my unfortunate experience with this "lawyer" and that of family members who have sadly retained his services without knowing how inept he is. He has a horrible reputation for a reason. Michael Brennan is very disorganized, doesn't know the law, doesn't care, and has lost child custody for many of his clients, including my sister. He is not compassionate to his clients and does not care when he loses their case or ruins their lives, which happened with my family and many other of his past clients who I have spoken to. This poor excuse for an attorney is so disorganized and shady that the client will often end up paying much more of their finances and distribution of their assets to the other side than if they had hired a good attorney. (Lesson--you get what you pay for! Do not be fooled by Brennan's shady paralegal side business that he claims will save you money--IT WON'T!) Don't also be fooled by the "men's rights" book he wrote--he knows nothing about the law or how to help men, either! One of his former male clients told me that Brennan is the worst attorney he's ever hired, and that he's had to spend five additional years and fees with his new attorney to undo the damage caused to his case by Michael Brennan. During our case, Michael Brennan had to look up the law at every turn BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW THE LAW. His unassuming wife tries to get business for her inept husband by attempting to gain the client's trust during the first meeting, but don't let that fool you, either. She is trying to sell you an incompetent, uncaring snake-oil salesman with an outdated JD degree. Michael Brennan has a habit of coming unprepared to every court hearing without fail. He doesn't care about the children involved--an example of this is when he calls them "brats." Who does that? Yep, this attorney! In my opinion and experience with this man, he doesn't care one bit about his client's lives or the irreparable damage that he causes to families. Michael Brennan loses so many of his cases and his clients for a reason. He is utterly and completely incompetent, disorganized and bumbles around in court to the detriment of his clients, which is what happened in our case and those of the other clients I talked to. Brennan doesn't remember anything, seems to be going senile, and every time we showed up to court, he couldn't remember the details of our case nor did he have any of our paperwork ready. He refused to settle on matters that would have helped us, jacked up his fees for no discernible or valid reason, sucked up our retainer on unverifiable nonsense, and then lost every aspect of our case, including financial and custody. The judge in our case sanctioned Brennan and told him outright in front of the court that it's only a matter of time before he loses his law license. He should have lost it years ago. Maybe if enough people report this man to the Bar, other lives and families will be saved. Read the low Yelp reviews carefully--they speak the truth about the utter incompetence of this man. He works in a rundown low-rent office and wears disheveled, moth-eaten suits for a reason. In summary, if you want to lose all your assets, income, child custody, and peace-of-mind forever, then by all means, hire Michael Brennan as your attorney. That is what happened to my family. You have been warned.
