        I wish I could say my experience with the customer service was merely disappointing, but it was downright dreadful. From the moment I stepped into their office, I felt as though I had become an unwelcome burden to their day. The staff seemed utterly disinterested in assisting me, barely making eye contact and responding to my questions with monosyllabic grunts.

        Marcus and Jessie were very helpful and patient with me. My Dad recently passed and he grew up with Mustangs and owned them in his adult life. I decided to rent one so my sister and I could drive it during his funeral. It brought back so many good memories with our Dad. We rented the "Andre" and let me tell you that car was so much fun to drive!! I will definitely be renting again. Marcus and Jessie, thank you so much for making it happen my sister and I truly appreciated it.

        The Grand Canyon is magnificent, the coastal route is beautiful, but you can experience the real American feeling in a Ford Mustang Convertible from the 60s. We toured the area with a family of 4 and received many compliments, priority and beautiful parking spaces. You don't have to drive far in Orange County to experience this feeling. We also did the helicopter tour in the GC, if you have to choose - do this and have a delicious lunch with it. Markus and Jessie super enthusiastic, energetic and competent. Take 5 minutes to take a look under the hood at this industrial heritage with Markus

        6 month ago I rented a car from this place via Turo. After like 7 hours the battery in the car was dead. I tried a few times to recharge it but every single time the car after a minute or two stopped..I left a car and had to use Uber (which is extremely expensive for a tourist like me) to come back to my apartment. After all, they told me that everything was fine with a battery!!! Which was obviously not. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They barely could reimbursed for Uber! I paid for 24h rent and used only 7 of this...no money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

      To any and all future customers/renters who may look at our reviews and see this one:We received this negative review from "Cosmic Love", a newly created google account, very shortly after a local club promotor called our business on the day of an event he was holding at the business next door to inform us that he would be using our property for his event. This promotor knows us personally and instead of professionally contacting our business prior to the day of the event to ask, he demanded that we allow him to use our property and hung up on us when we explained why we could not. The day after the event, we returned to our business to find multiple items destroyed and seemingly thrown all over the street out front. Upon reviewing our security cameras, it was clear that the club promotor and his associates came onto our property and chose to remove said items which led to them being destroyed. We contacted those involved, we were then blocked by them and once we threatened legal action, they replaced the items that were destroyed. The day after we thought that this issue was resolved, we received this review.We are a small, family owned business and we pride ourselves in our customer service and, even deeper than "customer service", just generally in how we treat everyone. We have never at any point turned away, ignored or dismissed any human being that approaches our business and we can confidently say that we never will. It is so disappointing and sad that in this day and age, grown adult men and women choose harness their energy and efforts to attempt to damage the reputation of a small business. We hope to have you come meet us to prove this nonsensical, made up review wrong. To the person who wrote it: what goes around comes around. We wish you nothing but the best.Classic Mustang Rentals

      Hello Andrzej,I am one of the new owners here at Classic Mustang Rentals and I am very disappointed by this review. I have tried reaching out to you multiple times regarding your experience but it seems that there is no possibility of communication beyond this review. I have also reached out to the previous owner to gain an understanding of what happened with your rental and it seems that most of the details in this review are embellished as you were given a full refund for this rental as well as for your Uber ride. You rented the vehicle for a photoshoot and left the lights on during the shoot which inevitably killed the battery. After the battery was jumped, the former owner advised you not to turn off the vehicle for a period of time in order to help the battery recharge which you did not follow. This is a perfect example of user error and failure to follow instructions. We hope to hear from you soon outside of this review and we wish you the best.Classic Mustang Rentals
