Beware!! I hired Mr. Lespier, for my divorce- well it was a restraining order from my ex husband who could not move on and stop harassing me. Well Mr Lespier promised to take me to trial, write a restraining order for me and respond to the apposing partys declaration which was full of lies. It was 6 - 7 months- and Mr Lespier, did not respond to the two declaration, he said I would testify in court there is no need. Also, he did not even write a declaration for me, I had written it myself and told him file and he never did, he kept giving me all kinds of excuses from, he was sick, and or he was in Trial. All in all, at the very end, my ex husband was asking me to dismiss the trial and I pay him his attorney fees, I told Lespier, ask that Liar to pay for my attorney fees, since he is the one bringing this one with lies, and , he asked me to dismiss 3 time, because he was scared his lies were about to get exposed. I had so much proof he was lying. In the end Lespier, (I had paid him in full, rookie mistake) he offered to pay me my money back if I dismissed the case, and he has not paid me back one penny to this day. I ended up dismissing the case because Mr. Lespier coerced me to. I will be take Lespier to court for my Attorney fees, he promised to pay me back. The reason he wanted me to dismissed is because he did not do one minute of work o my trial. The ABSOLUTE WORST ATTORNEY! Please think twice about hiring this crook.
