I spoke with Mr Angelo Lewis on the phone, who was very kind and patient, and was able to give me great advice as this is my first time taking out a car insurance policy. He was very patient, even when I asked the same questions multiple times to make sure I was understanding the information correctly. Overall made what has been a stressful situation so much more pleasant!

I rarely write reviews online and decided I had to after talking with Herb at GEICO Costa Mesa today. I've been in the process of figuring out a new insurance policy and was having trouble navigating what the best plan was for me. Herb treated me like family, was extremely patient, informative and answered all of my questions. I deal with tons of representatives and businesses over the phone daily through my consulting work and have to say Herb tops that list. Made my day by making the process so stress free and simple.
