        I had the worst experience at the cafe. I have never been treated so poorly and couldnt even enjoy my meal or the rest of my shopping experience. I did not appreciate the hostess embarrassing me in front of others around and certainly did not appreciate the waiter telling me it would take too long to look up my card. I had to go downstairs to customer service where they finally took care of the matter in less than 5 min I guess thats too much time to provide a paying customer. I dont understand why it was a problem I have had this done for me before no problems at all. I will never return to this location again. The MIC of the night told me they would follow up with me on experience and never did. I use to be a former employee of the company and I know that Nordstrom employees are suppose to provide the best costumer service to each and every customer I guess thats not the case anymore. I was so excited to purchase a stroller as Im an expecting mother and this just gave me horrible unnecessary anxiety and stress.
