My husband and I recently purchased our first home and Chayson was our mortgage lender. He was recommended through a relative and he did not disappoint. Chayson is patient, attentive and very detailed. I appreciate how thorough he was in helping us understand the extensive and tedious process/paperwork. He was also quick to meet timelines, which we appreciated. We will definitely be returning to Chayson for future refinances and purchases. I can't recommend Chayson enough. He was able to close on a tight timeline, giving us the inside track on a deal. Even my Realtor was impressed with him and later told me that not many people can pull off what he did. Super on-the-ball and communicative. Cannot recommend enough.

Incredibly efficient for a Jumbo refinance - could quote immediately, fair rates, gave me a number of options, minimal information needed for all the forms (compared to other providers), secure systems for uploading financial information (a first!), straight forward underwriting, fair appraisal and closed quickly.
