We refinanced through Loan Snap a year ago. The experience had the usual up's and down's of a refinance and the associated paper work. In the end we were given a number that looked like a great deal for a monthly payment. It turns out that monthly payment was not calculated with the correct property tax amount. We only realized this a year later due to a sizeable escrow shortage. Loan Snap doesn't know how it happened other than a manual error occurred on their end. We had put our trust in these folks and it now appears that the numbers were manipulated to make the deal look appear better than it really was. In some circles this would be considered fraudulent. Take my advice and look elsewhere or closely double-check everything on the paperwork.
