It wasnt that bad but it always the worst thing ever

Front desk is Unprofessional. I just moved to the area I Went here once last week and I will never go again. They never answer the phone and when they do they left me on hold for 25+ minutes. I hung up. They dont even answer for their own customer service representatives. They quoted me $300+ for a deep clean and said my insurance only covers $1200 for ortho. I talked to my insurance which is a PPO and there never even submitted a predetermination to get these figures. Dont go here

Wanted to drill into perfectly healthy teeth just so they could make money. Dentist never even looked in my mouth but instead it was the receptionist that told me that every tooth I have has a cavity. Really? So unprofessional. Total con artists. Went to another dentist and big surprise western dental was wrong.

FRAUD I went to this place and did some basic check up . They said I have so many things needed to be done. I agreed and did almost all of it . It was all ok till my last appointment which was to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth . I was sat in the operation room connected to all the wires and about to get the anesthesia. I told one of the nurses that I want to talk to my boyfriend who was waiting outside . They told the receptionist to send him in. But the receptionist came in and said he is not in the waiting room. I was so scared . I told them to call him tell him to come . She said ok and then they gave me the anesthesia. When I got home I cried and asked my bf why he left me there. He said I was waiting there the receptionist told me to leave . I asked him if they called you . He said no one called. From then I felt so bad and decided not to go back there.but there was one root canal left to do according to what they told me. So I went to another place and they did some deep cleaning and said I dont need to do any root canal and told me to come back next year.
