If I could give this law firm 10 Stars I would. I called around to at least 10 firms that just didn't fit right for me. Not one of them seemed to care about me as a person. When I spoke to Kayla from Oracle law firm for the first time, something just clicked and I knew that this was the firm I wanted and needed to represent me. I never got to talk to the lawyer that was in charge but I never once felt like I needed to with Kayla. She answered every one of my many questions and concerns. She spoke to me like a friend she really cared for. I was very appreciative that Kayla had plenty of suggestions on where to go for treatment, she even set up appointments for me and when I couldn't get in because of a wait list, she got me in fast. I couldn't believe it because the lady told me I was on a 4 month wait list and there was no way. I don't know how she did it but it was incredible. I was in so much pain, the appointment she got me for PT was just what I needed. I was even able to keep more of the settlement than I thought because they got my medical expenses lowered. All over amazing experience. I truly can't tell in words how grateful I am to Kayla and pierce ,as well as Oracle it's self. The insurance companies put me through hell and I had no idea what to do. I was in tears when I first talk to Kayla and by the end of the conversation I was truly confident and happy withy decision to hire them. She told me not to worry, that her and her team would help me through every step of the way. I got weekly updates reassuring me that everything was on track as well as a detailed plan of action on moving forward with my case. I was so overwhelmed with all the insurance companies put me through and all the lawyers around here didn't seem to care. But Oracle and Kayla sure did. I wish I could explain more about how amazing this firm is but that would take a few pages. So in the end everything worked out because I had Oracle,Kayla and pierce reza on my side and I will be forever grateful. Thanks you guys truly I feel blessed to have had you in my corner. I will be recommending you to all and if I need help in the future Kayla will be my first call. Thanks again you guys are amazing.

This is my first ever online review of a business and I have to warn everyone of my negative experience with Oracle law firm and their associates over the 6 months of me being their client. The only reason I hired them was because of all the great reviews! I hired Oracle in October of last year for my workers comp case since it was my first time getting hurt on the job. I was hoping they would make the process much less stressful which turned out to have the opposite effect. Felisa was my assigned case manager/paralegal and I would communicate with her on my case updates. Workers comp delayed my case until the end of December. Once the 90 day deadline came, I called Felisa to get a status update and she didnt have an answer. We both agreed to touch base again in a week while she contacts the insurance company. This is where everything went downhill She did not call me after a week as promised and when I would call her I would just get her voicemail. Im a patient person and I understand that they can be busy. I would wait a few days and sometimes even a week with no response. Several voicemails were left stating to call me back. She never calls back but once I did get ahold of her, she would have no answers for me. Almost every time the answer was that she had to contact the insurance or look into it. Basically by the end I realized that she doesnt put work into to my case until I start calling for updates. So I got fed up with the way I was being treated and called the receptionist asking to speak to Felisas manager. The first time, they just forwarded me to Felisa. The second time I called and asked who her manager is. The receptionist said she didnt know. The third time I called and asked for Felisas manager, I specifically told them to NOT forward me to her phone. I was left on hold for 5 minutes and they hung up on me. I immediately called back and, surprise, the receptionist didnt want to pick up the phone. This is the part where my story becomes a real nightmare. For 4 months I was collecting payment from EDD which is standard procedure for a delayed case. In January the workers comp case was approved and insurance was now obligated to start issuing the payments. I never received a dime from the insurance company until the end of March. EDD stopped issuing my payments in February because they didnt believe that I wasnt receiving money from workers comp. So I was left with NO INCOME from February until March. The point is that Oracle and Felisa should have put the pressure on the insurance company to pay in January but instead they dragged their feet while at the same time putting my livelihood at risk. I never thought a law firm would put their client in that position. I couldnt handle the stress anymore so I fired them and went through the hassle of hiring new attorneys. In summary, if you want an update good luck getting answers. There is absolutely no management to enforce accountability. I hope the owners of the law firm see this review and do their due diligence to see how me and my case were treated by Felisa and her associates.
