Finish Line (located inside Macy's)

Customer service here is absolutely trash. From the beginning to the very end of my interaction with so called manager Angelica I couldnt believe my eyes or my ears at how rude this person can be to a customer. I heard her be the same way with the person in front of me, but just assumed that the customer was in the wrong.. until I needed to speak with her myself. If any corporate or management from Finish Line reads this, they should check who they have on the floor because its nobody I would want representing my company

Angelica is both rude and unhelpful. I am not sure how she is the manager of finish line at this location. I had called in from another macys looking for a pair of shoes and they had checked the inventory for me. Upon walking into the store, she greeted me with I know exactly who you are and cant help you Rolling her eyes consistently. I asked to speak to her supervisor, whose name is apparently Ryan, but she refused to connect me with him.
