Sunglass Hut

Sunglass Hut is a big liar. It is very clear that they have been trained to say that every pair of sunglasses you take to return is scratched and damaged, and they never refund. It's an obvious scam! Don't waste your money and never trust them.

Really people I will never again order glasses shades etc from this business . First of all I love the shades which are most likely not in the store. So I ordered them two Saturdays ago 3/2 I believe only too receive one pair which were my Gucci shades delivered too my P.O. Box yes delivered over six days later not too mentioned I have not received my transitional ray ban shades only too call cooperate not getting a call back from higher ups even though a complaint was made I only got a call back from store manager in which she helped me too get the order off hold from DHL only too get an email saying they cant deliver too my P.O. Box in which they had already sent my Gucci shades six days or more late! ???? I spoke too Allen from DHL in which there was a big languages barrier smh says I can go pick up my Ray ban shades from Lakewood when he change the address and will notify me what a hot mess! Smh! Never again Im pissed! So if you order from sun glass hut a high end place too shop with ghetto service expect low end quality from over anxious sales people on commission! This should never happen too a customer but South coast plaza is nice! I just thought I would receive better service as a customer! NOT!

Went in to buy some sunglasses. Pretty sure I got profiled, because from the moment I walked in, the security guard followed me from like 4-5 feet away, and even blocked some of the Ray-Bans section which was odd considering I wear my current pair everywhere. I would have bought something but definitely not after that. Dont waste your time here, its a good selection, but terribly unfriendly staff.
