        Friendly staff, but Drs. in particular are top notch! I have seen both Dr. Tom and Dr. Keating for my two cats on different occasions and both are wonderfully warm, and loved my kitties. Parking is primarily street parking and can be tough here but Ive only had one experience where I had to park down the street. It is a pricier vet option, but theyre fast and always respect your appointment times.

        THIS VET EXTROTS ITS CLIENTS. i brought my dog into the vet for a simple nail that had split and needed to by trimmed. The VET decided to put my dog under anesthesia to take the nail off. $40 to watch the EKG, $60 to bandage with nail , $35 for cutting the nail, $190 in antibiotics (that were not necessary as there was not open would) $84 for a physical $77 to run the blood $ 26 for a cone for the dogs -- Total came to nearly $700. TELL ME HOW THEY JUSTIFY $60 TO WRAP A NAIL WITH 3 pieces of CLOTH. WORST VET IN ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

        TERRIBLE SERVICE. This VET totally exaggerates the bills to pad her own pocket. They make up charges to increase the bill. SHAME ON THIS PLACE FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE JUST TRYING TO SAVE THEIR PETS. Extortion

I’ll simply copy and paste my replies.1) you are not a client of our hospital - your motherJulie is.2) your mother was over the top complimentary with gratitude following the procedure3) your mom brought the dog in with a broken nail - we fit the dog in same day without charging the standard emergency exam fee4) a clear estimate was provided to vou mother and approved before we proceeded5) yes, as detailed on the estimate, we run bloodwork before sedation and prescribing nsaids.We also monitor your patient while under sedation... it's quite important to ensure your patient's vitals are stable while sedated.6) Your behavior towards my staff is intolerable.Cursing, shouting, and threatening our staff is unacceptable. As detailed to your mother, you are not permitted on property moving forward.Please stop harassing our staff and business

Your mother is a client and she is extremely satisfied with our level of service and care for HER dog. You personally have been instructed that you are no longer permitted on our property due to your constant harassment, threats and abusive language
