I am the client who could become the first case denial for the legendary lawyer Victoria Bloomberg.
We knew about Victoria Bloomberg a year ago, but we couldnt get to the consultation then because there was no appointment.
We started working with another lawyer, who was recommended to us by friends as the best in the Miami area. This lawyer described our case as strong and stated that our chances of a positive outcome under the EB-1A category were 97%. As a result, the lawyer did not communicate with me even once during the entire preparation period; we received an RFE, and as a result, a refusal.
Then my husband and I decided to consult Victoria. She immediately requested the entire submitted petition and it became obvious to us that the case had been assembled illiterately.
The case is very complex, at the intersection of medicine and science, and it was very important to present it in such a way that the officer would not have any questions.
Victoria agreed to take our case. First of all, she delved into the essence of my profession and achievements in detail in order to isolate my strengths and present them as undeniable. The case was completely redone, a petition was filed on 7 points out of 10 possible. The work was carried out even on weekends and holidays; Victoria personally participated in the preparation of the petition. Victoria didnt promise me anything, didnt give me any percentages with the chances, she just did her job, efficiently, conscientiously and professionally. RFE Victoria didn't wait. But he came. Unfair, strange, with comments on 3 points out of 7, which indicated that the officer had read the petition halfway at best.
Victoria framed her response to the RFE in such a way that the officer who initially did not want to read the petition in 14 days ended up responding with approval in half that time. I saw how Victoria worried about our case, and it struck me to the core. I am an interventional physician and I care about my patients. I always did everything I could for everyone. But I never thought that lawyers could treat clients like this. The highest degree of perfectionism, exceptional intelligence, ambition, sincerity, deep immersion in the case - all this combination of qualities, almost impossible for one person, allows Victoria to achieve the result desired by the client.
We could have been the first refusal in her practice, but we didnt. And the case was objectively strong, but this is not enough. This is something more than luck, quality work or professionalism. This is skill, art, a sincere desire and ability to help, a willingness to fight until victory!
It is impossible to fully understand how the USCIS system works. But if you go there in general, and in particular with an EB-1 case, then only with Victoria Bloomberg and her team!
