As of now, recipient removals are managed via email. This allows our Customer Support team to carefully review the request before it is approved. Not all requests can be immediately approved. For instance, if the removal request is for a company that has appointed us as their Registered Agent, the company must designate a new agent before we can approve the request. This allows us to properly handle the service of process.Regarding our pricing plans, each plan offers a number of recipients that can be added for free. If recipients are added above the plan's quota, there is an extra monthly fee. However, please know the fee is not immediately billed as mentioned in the feedback. Instead, customers are given the opportunity to allow the recipient to use the address during their current billing cycle without incurring extra charges.Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience.
