Professional and Kind Experience. We are so thankful for Kayvan's help in buying our forever home! We could not have done this without him, and we are endlessly appreciative for his hard work, expertise and professionalism. During the pandemic, and huge bidding wars, Kayvan always had a plan to submit a competitive bid. By the end of the day, he had done all the homework and would have suggestions ready for us. He helped us with every little detail in the process of buying our home. In fact, he even helped reduce the price of the house due to his investigative skills in cross referencing with the city plans of the house. He always had a positive outlook in finding the perfect house for us. My wife and I loved his remark "We won't find the house, the house will find you!" In fact, before seeing our current home, we had just left from another home in which he actually dissuade me from pursuing. There was one last house that was on the list for the day and he said lets just go see it... you never know. Oh boy, it was great and the neighborhood was gorgeous. We estimate that we viewed well over 75 houses and not once did Kayvan give up on our search. Any day of the week he was available for showings. We spent so much time with Kayvan, we consider him a friend. If any of our friends or family are ever in need of an agent, we will be sure to send them his way.
