Jesus with American Window came out the same day and discussed options with me. He was knowledgeable, professional and did not pressure for a sale. He knew I had a budget and did not try and upsell me either. I was so impressed with the experience and price, I didn't even bother getting another proposal. I knew I had the right company for the job. A couple of days later, I visited their showroom in Covina and signed on the dotted line. It was that simple.

Part 2
The owner of American Windows came to validate the window count and measurements. He's truly a great guy offering practical advice on things like which way the sliders should open, etc. I didn't even consider these details! Windows are on order and I can't wait to get them installed!!!
