I highly recommend Dane Landrith and Landrith Custom Builders. Dane is fair and honest and his employees follow suit. Landrith Custom Builders did a great job on my bathroom remodel and are very responsive to repairs, big or small, that I needed at my rental property. You don't need to win the lottery to afford Dane but I wish I did win the lottery so I could hire him to redo the rest of my house!

I have had Landrith custom builders, remodel a home, build an accessory unit and pull permits, on that unit. He also put in a new main line, water heater, masonry irrigation, plumbing, heating, landscaping, demolition, turf install, framing and more. Not only did he do those things, he worked with the insurance company and remediation to make my home safe after a major leak. With every thing he has done, I also have him do all work my current house. Dane the owner is honest and I trust him with the care of my homes. I know that he is giving me a fair market quote for each job. He is also attentive to all of his employees to make sure they are doing the correct job at each job sight. The quality of his work is amazing, the work is of high pristine. He even fixes jobs in my homes that other companies have not done an adequate job, at times unsafe. in my accessory unit he pulled permits and the city passed the permits. He even had an architect referral for the blue prints. A mason did not put cement in a wall and Dane repaired the job. I will continue to be worry free when Dane is hired to do work on my homes. I recommend that viewers of this review will call him for his services.
