my shopping experience was a mess. i asked the associate about a deal they had that was buy one shoe full price get another 50 percent off or so the associate said. i pick out my shoes, then they charge me full price, so i asked the cashier that it said 20 percent off or something like that. i pay then i look at my receipt and i had a question so i went back to the shoe that was half off and the associate literally to the 20 percent tag off the display shoe and continued to say oh these arent on sale.. im like dawg wth making me look like a dummy

What a stellar experience! I came in yesterday to pick up a ship to store order and was greeted at the front by Drea. I had my three year old with me and he enthusiastically told her about the haircut he just got. Drea was SO attentive and did not dismiss him. She conversed with him and it was the sweetest interaction, truly! I waited in line until it was my turn and we browsed the skateboard decks while we waited. Drea brought out my order and offered to open the box and place the shoes in a bag so I didnt have to walk around the mall with a box. My child chatted with her some more and we said our goodbyes. As we were heading out, she ran up to us and gave my son a cup as a gift. I thought this was such a sweet touch and I truly felt appreciated as a customer. She didnt have to do that but it made my kids entire day to make a friend at the skateboard store as he calls it. Thank you for your kindness, Drea and for making customers feel like friends and family!
