        Wanted to exchange some shoes and both the managers denied my exchange do to not having a receipt. Customer service really is not here they dont go about their way trying to help someone out. I dont even know why they are managers and have such poor customer service skills

        Customer Service is the worst workers stand there doing nothing and can see when you need help and will not approach you. So they got hired for no help and customer service . I had to go to the register to ask for a shoe size since they dont know how to help people

        Bought Nike Swift 3 shoes as couldn't get my normal Asics shoes. Fantastic for 2 weeks then feet started hurting as cushioning started failing. Took back to JD Sport, talked to manager, apparently nothing they can do as the shoes are worn out! I thought Nike was meant to be a good brand, and assumed JD Sport would stand by the product they sell.
