Vieira's Cleaning

I've been in service of Wilmar and his crew for almost 8 years now for monthly cleaning and they are just stellar. Each cleaning leaves my place spick and span -- attentive to detail, consistent, and honest work! They are also quite reasonably priced, especially for being in the bay area -- their quality of work is no less (if not it's probably better) than any top dollar cleaning service.

We have been using Vieira's Cleaning services for a few years now. I would recommend! They are reasonably priced, they come on time, and the owners are really accommodating and responsive.One comment though, the crew that comes has changed a few times over the years, which in itself is totally fine. But when it happens, whatever you had insisted on before (like special attention to X and Y), you'll need to request again. I don't think the information is passed on when the cleaning crew changes. At least from my own experience. But I don't feel this issue is worth removing a star.

I wanted to give them 5 stars but we had a miscommunication on garbage. I specifically asked them to haul the garbage but I guess Layla didn't quite get the message. They were prompt and had my place cleaned very nicely, except that they didn't haul the trash as I had expected.  I had to rent a truck, haul the garbage and bring them to recology which was an added cost to my cleaning services. Good thing that they were reasonable. If they made that clear to me, I would have given them a better review, so they clean but don't take the trash. Just be very clear when you talk to them.

I called Vieira's cleaning to get the bathroom cleaned. I totally called last minute, yet they were so accommodating and came at the time I requested them. Two of them came - super nice and professional - and they did a terrific job. I couldn't remember the last time it was this clean. I will call them again!

Wilmar saved the day! I urgently needed a deep cleaning of an industrial-style apartment and Wilmar not only answered my evening call immediately, he came by the next day to give me an estimate for the job and moved around some of his existing clients to squeeze me in (I needed the cleaning done urgently due to serious health concerns). His team of three showed up on time and did everything I asked, including climbing up to a sky light and high beams to clear years of dust and debris. Photos attached. I highly appreciated his responsiveness and recommend his cleaning crew!
