This pharmacy is SO much better than the CVS in Monarch Bay Plaza. The pharmacy answers the phone promptly and the lines are not long. Service is good as well.

I was here the other day and the cashier at the front greeted me as I walk in the store. The store atmosphere is so friendly and inviting and customer service is at its best. Love this store!

I use this pharmacy because it is close to my home, however the pharmacist is rude and very unfriendly and his staff follows his example of being non-interested, complete lack of customer service skills. I received a text that my prescriptions were ready, and when I went in to pick them up the following day they told me they had nothing. So I let them see the text that I received saying they were ready and the technician named Daryl was so rude and could really care less and seemed very annoyed that I was even there bothering him. When I was speaking he kept interrupting me and wouldn't even let me finish my explanations. This store pharmacy could really use some training in customer communication and how to deal with the public.
