We had 3 rugs cleaned. Two turned out great but the cheapest rug we had cleaned had an odor that smelled and they said since it was a synthetic rug the small couldn't be removed after 2 washes. We paid about $1800 for 3 rugs and should be bought a new rug. The other two rugs (one silk and one wool) turned out great.

Super glad to meet Mo, I had an older Oriental rug that is pretty worn but didn't know whether it was valuable at all or worth repairing or just getting rid of it. Mo came out to my house and looked at this rug and another one too and gave me a great price on refurbishing it as well as some advice on where it was made and when and how much it would be worth in good condition to help us decide. And even if I don't end up getting it repaired they offer trade-ins, so I may end up going to check out the showroom.

Had three area rugs cleaned.  One was very dirty with pet stains and backing was coming off due to excess water - due to mopping.  Carpets came back clean and repaired.  Excellent work and fair pricing.
