My home's gutters and roof were not touched for many years and when water began overflowing from the gutters, I called Mr. Howard Bass after a search on Google and Yelp to see their ratings. He was everything the ratings claim. Prompt, courteous and very professional with a neighborly touch. He identified issues that were unknown to me and took care of each and every issue while giving me a absolutely fair cost estimate. He also kept me informed of his schedule regularly as it has been raining and we could not nail down a set appointment date due to the weather. However, he worked around my schedule and I am very much appreciative of that. Awesome service, great price and simply put, PERFECT!

Had scheduled gutter cleaning and what I loved was that Howard the owner took the time to take pictures and send them to me as he recommended I do some additional work. Jeffery & Howard were professional and friendly.
