Tech Aid Plus

What a wonderful experience! I needed to have my MF HP Laser Printer repaired so I contacted Tech Aid Plus and got an immediate response from Marcos. He called and offered to come to my house to check out the printer and said There is no charge for taking a look at your printer!! I couldnt believe it. Later on that day, he arrived on-time and quickly identified the problem. Get this, once done; he said there is no charge! There was no way I could let him leave without charging something for his trouble of coming to my house and spending his time to fix my printer. Great knowledgeable and professional guy, prompt service. Thank you!

Marcos is incredible. Had an issue with my PC crashing then failing to boot and Marcos spent over 30 minutes on the phone walking through different possible scenarios to diagnose the issue. There was no signal detected by my monitor and I was unable to access system BIOS. Marcos seemed to think this could either be a failing PSU, hard drive, GPU, or RAM. I had just replaced the PSU and my GPU is probably worth more than the rest of my PC combined so I was hoping neither of these were the issue! Under his guidance I removed the sticks of RAM (2 total) and tried each individually in different slots. After doing so I was finally able to load BIOS using a single stick and successfully diagnosed the problem (one of my sticks of RAM had failed). I have since installed new RAM and my PC is running better than ever. 10/10 experience and would recommend Marcos to anyone.
