Of course theres ups and downs to any ed treatment place, and especially in times of crisis its hard to recognize help and wanting to get better. I went here a few years ago, it was hard and scary sometimes but I also learned a lot made friends learned how to use my own skills and helped others as well. Its stressful to be isolayed but you have to remember everyones in this together. i got home sick but everyone does, and the staff made it easy for me to talk to them took me on walks. Its hard to want to get better but they make it very encouraging to continue to try and leave the house so you can return to a better quality of life and go home. Pelin, Erin and some other girls were so amazing to me, will always remeber them to this day. Had some uncomfortable times with some of the therapists but thats what its for to each their own. Hope you consider pros and cons not everyone will be ecstatic to get help with a serious eating disorder, its all consuming to have an Ed. But this place does give me hope and i dont think id be where i am without it now, 3-4 years recovered. Thank you

I loved this place. It truly did feel like home for me. The staff there were AMAZING and the whole program in general was set up great. The staff were so welcoming and I feel like they understand me well. The food there was also really good because we had an amazing diet tech. This place has helped me so much and I think that If you are struggling you should 100% go here if its right for you. Also the therapist there is so amazing or at least the one I had. I have so many fond memories of this place and it will always feel like home to me.

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. All the staff have helped me so much, I would not be in the place I am today if not for their kind care. Shoutout to Heather for being the amazing manager she is. Thank you to all the counselors and diet techs for being there when I needed support. Thank you for treatment team for putting in such thought into our treatment plans. And a big thank you to all the nurses for their loving care. I have made so many deep connections with people I've met at CFD Danville. I miss everyone so much. It was a very helpful place, I would totally recommend.

I dont know where to begin. I went to this place. Summer of 2021. Most staff were pretty nice. However, there were a few that made me cry. I wouldnt recommend going to this one. I was never really included in anything. I was always kinda on the side, a lot of rules, but I didnt understand why it just didnt feel like home, I wish it felt more homey. I do have PTSD from this place. Would never consider going back. It did not help me in recovery at all. If anything I got worse and I really wish they had the phone when we would call her parents or one person in a different room. So not everyone could hear your conversation because the people that I was living with were nosy
