Wonderful experience! They pushed back the date for us upon our request when our landscaping was not ready. Very helpful, friendly, and made it all so easy. Our son loves his new fort!

I had a bad experience asking kidz backyard to conduct a bolt tighten service . When I booked the service, on the phone I asked them to also cut off the extra chains hanging from our swing set. When I booked the service I was told that the could cut off the extra chain hanging down when they arrived for the service. When they arrived to do the service they said they were unable to cut the extra chain. I am not satisfied that after telling me they could do this service of cutting off the extra chain while coming to tighten bolts they ended up not doing this and still charged me full price - $350 for 10 minutes of work.

Kidz Backyard did a great job of taking down our large backyard play structure that we have had up for over 10 years. They were very professional and efficient!! We would definitely recommend them to others!!!

Great showroom, helpful staff, quick and efficient installation. All around wonderful experience. One of the highlights for us: they let my kids play in the showroom while we shopped!
