Bob is an amazing worker! He helped us out when we were having internet problems trying to pick up the UHaul after hours. He was such a sweetheart and went way out of his way to help us with our UHaul rental. This man went above and beyond, if youre looking for reliable and great customer service, This location is the way to go. Ask for Bob, hes a king. 10/10

Moved reservation without asking me to a different location that I cannot access. When I asked them to move it back since I cannot access that location, they cancelled my reservation without even contacting me.

I rented a truck here years ago and had a stellar experience. I just rented another truck for my current move, and didn't read reviews until after. Now that my move is complete I can comment about what I read, and how things went. First, the poor reviews are completely unfounded. I interacted by phone multiple times with staff, changing dates, etc. Every time they were polite, helpful, and professional. When I returned the van there were no surprises-a major fear of mine when renting vehicles. So I can confirm that in both transactions this Uhaul was great in every way.
