Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Rooms: Not sure why this is listed as a hotel. It's a campsite.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.

This is the best KOA I've ever stayed in. I would definitely return. Back in 2024 and it is still the best KOA I've been to.

We love this koa! From the kids activities to the pool and natural Hot Springs, this resort is so fun. Edit: I am happy they accommodated our large group with letting us be nearby. Well, I must say 5 years later that this KOA is going down hill. We have stayed here multiple times annuallybringing many family and friends. This time around we could see the changes in staff and safety. Our electric bike was stolen one evening as was anothers bike nearby. KOA staff did not care and was rude about it. Sounds like it is a common occurrence. I know the neighborhood nearby is super sketchy but we never had problems before. Police were called but never came- too busy. Pool had an odor and needs some major updating. Staff was grumpy in front office, I think her name was Melody. They were rude about having our gas powered golf cart with us (riding across the street in desert is one of the few fun things to do) KOA Roads are so bad now, not fun to ride bikestoo bumpy. No more train rides- sad. Theres just better options for campgrounds now- this KOA needs to revamp get back to what they do well- mineral spas- family time- safety. Maybe add more kid activities, update and add a bike path.
