        Been going there for a while. Phone was turned off and was getting a loan while the lady was absolutely rude about me not having my phone on. Theyve approved me for multiple loans and have all my bank info on file and do automatic payments for a long time. Yet was denied. Wont be using this location again. Just rude.

        Called before I went in, every time on three separate occasions, explained my situation and asked if they would be able to cash a check for me.. Every time I explained the whole situation I had going going before I drive all the way up there. Every time they assured me they were going to be able to cash the check for me Every single time I got there, they would try to find some reason they couldnt cash it 3 times, what a waste of time and gas.. Dont say you can cash a check and then try to find some reason not to when the person gets there. Horrible
