Had a very unexpected death in the area and went here and they handled everything I needed very quickly and efficiently. I didnt know what I was doing and they told me all the steps I needed to take and they completed everything I needed and more. Great communication and answered every question I had and were super available. They even worked around my crazy schedule for picking up the ashes. Great service and would highly recommend to all those who need it!

I live in the heart of Louisiana!! My dad passed away and he lived in Palm Springs. The attention dedication and service towards my family during our time of need was impeccable!! We tried to go local however Rose Mortuary was purposely concerned with the problems we were having. When we chose to go with Rose the process was easier and definitively more affordable!! As the oldest of my family I don't know where or what would have happened if Rose Mortuary wasn't involved.!! My hanky and I sincerely thank you!! The staff at Rose Mortuary went above and beyond to help me through the loss of my sister. Alex took the time to explain all of my options and was very understanding about my choices. She kept me in the loop of what was happening. This was a huge relief to me. Alex and Elizabeth checked on me during and after the process. I highly recommend Rose Mortuary because they really do care.
