I desperately needed a tow today and they were to me within 30 minutes or so. They got me home and safe! Unfortunately I didn't catch my drivers name but he was great! Very compassionate, which is what I needed. Thank you kind sir! Whoever you are!

Got off work to my car battery dead, so I call AAA they send these slapdicks. I work in a 24 hour armed/ gated business park. I was 4th in line when Ist called. Its 20 mins past the time they said they would be here so I call to see whats going on they explain to me that the driver did not want to show his ID to the guards at the gate? So they canceled because the driver did not want to show identification. I wouldnt have known if I wouldnt have called either. So they had me wait for hours just to cancel. All on the Wednesday before thanksgiving. I wouldnt use them if you have anywhere reliable to be. Very disciplined. How do you not know that armed security parks are armed for a reason. Because robberies are probably common. And the people that work there need to know who is in there in case something happens they know who the culprit is. Once again very disappointed.
