        I had my 6 month check up today at Downey Smiles. Front desk staff greeted me with a good morning and a big smile. Norma helped me with my X-rays and teeth polishing. She was so nice and helpful. Dr. Tran explained that he would do a deep cleaning and recommend a treatment that would help my gums. It was easy and painful. We caught up with some great conversation. All staff members make you always feel welcomed. I have my next 6 month appointment booked already. Thank you again for everything Downey Smiles.

        I just called to verify if they accept my insurance and I couldn't understand the guy that answered the phone Whe. I told him I couldn't understand him he hung up on me! Not very professional. I'll keep looking.
