      We close at 5 pm. We take our last walkin at 4. You called at 4:14. I was in a meeting. I said I could see you at 5:30. You didn't show. I left at 5:31. You called after that to say you were on your way. I apologize for the misunderstanding. We do our best to honor the hours we have established.
