This is the second job these folks (LA Fence Craft) have done for us and they both turned out great. The first job was a front-yard enclosure that included about 200 feet of fence and a custom gate that required some "invention" on their part. David and his crew were the 1st who respond to our request on Yelp. David is the ultimate professional, a kind human being, and he is on top of every single detail from quote to installation. Thank you guys

UPDATE To those reading this review: I disagree with everything Deondra is saying in her response. First, the company has more to lose from my review than I do, so this justification of what happened is unnecessary and also FALSE, it's almost laughable. Secondly, we do not know who this "project manager" she's referring to is. The only person we have communicated with is Mark, so if he is the "project manager" then the issue still stands in terms of unprofessionalism, lack of communication and overall incompetence of how to run a company properly. Thirdly, nothing was to our "satisfaction". We even spoke to the person who installed the fence with specific questions about when the job will be completed since it was left undone for several days, and his response was ALWAYS, "I don't know" and directed us back to the "office", which of course is useless since it's apparent that everyone in the "office" also seems to not know anything. Fourthly, the "typo" Deondra is referring to on the invoice is regarding incorrect calculations of the final balance due, not a word that was misspelled as she implies. Also, once the final and CORRECTED invoice was received a few days ago, the payment was made by us. Lastly, Deondra's response to my review confirms the company's unprofessionalism and incompetence; this is made clear by her ending her response by writing "...which we have not received as of yet" in reference to our payment. Also, when the "owner", Mark, calls you and accuses you of not paying, before even checking with his staff, that in of itself is poor practice for any business. So, my initial review stands and even confirms more to me that I would never recommend this company to anytime. I wish Yelp would allow reviewers to leave NO STARS. - If I could give no stars, I would. The only good thing about this company is the first impression Mark gave. He presented himself to be polite and patient, ensuring that the work would be done professionally and to the description we discussed. But thats where the good stops. The work done on a family members home required to be mircro-managed by us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. They provided incorrect materials contrary to what was initially discussed and in the end, they provided an incorrect invoice THREE TIMES. There was no apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing on their part, despite the fact that we corrected their invoice mistake that indicated we owed LESS, so we did a service to them by letting them know. I dont see a need to do someone elses job when we are the ones who hired them. Even after indicating that their invoice was incorrect, Mark badgered us with multiple calls, texts and emails stating that we are not paying our bill, when all we asked for was the CORRECT invoice to pay. Its extremely unprofessional for a customer to request that a company speak amongst themselves to figure out the issue before contacting the customer and accusing us of not paying. In the end, not only did we supervised all the work that was actually being done at the house, we had to continue supervising the administrative work to make sure that the invoice was correct. The work provided and the handling of management by Mark, specifically, was unprofessional and incompetent. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
