3 months to get a homeowners policy... very incompetent, every time i call Steve asks me the same set of questions kind of lost himself which quote number to use or what the status is. after 3 month he says my neighbors tree might be an issue and declines to proceed referring me to someone else.

Steve was my agent who helped me with getting car insurance. He was very patience with me and answered every question I had. 100% would recommend anyone to at least get a quote through Steve. Having a robot over the phone or having to find quotes by using other companies online services could make it more confusing especially if you are trying to be specific about certain details. Call Steve you wont regret it.
