Blake and his team of professionals have been more than accommodating to any and all requests . I have been working with PPS for my business window cleaning and pressure washing for over 2 years . I have been nothing but over satisfied with how quick PPS is able to organize and tackle 5 plus accounts in a day or night . I recommend Blake and his team 100% I trust my multi  unit businesses with PPS.

I purchased window cleaning from them. That was ok, but aslo had screens made for my home. Two of them had about a 1/2 inch gap. When I asked someone to come fix them, I got some excuse about the frame of my windows and that was the best they could do. Funny because the screens I had before fit just fine.  So they never fixed the problem and had charged $90 for those two screens.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  Been with them for a few months with no issues then someone else took them over.  Had a appointment for  cleaning for a national event we had.  They were to show up at 6am, 730 still a no show... finally got office to answer at 9.  Was told sorry they were running late but would show at 10.  1030 still no show, office said don't worry they would for sure be there by 12.  1 now and still now show, office said by 3 but they promise to finish today.  4 now called and office said sorry not coming today even after I explained I had to have cleaned for my event starting next day and now to late to get someone else.  Horrible customer service and not reliable at all.  Not sure what new owners are thinking, but they don't care about their customers.

I was recommended to Blake from my property manager and man am I happy I found him! Blake did an excellent job on my windows, took pride in his work, and went above and beyond to get these filthy windows that were covered in over spray to shine like never before! 10 stars if I could and I would highly recommend him to all my my friends and family. Thank you Blake keep up the great work and customer service!
