Honestly I've never dealt with an accountant that doesn't operate in a timely and attentive manner. I would say the ability to be punctual, detail oriented, and communicative is what makes a great accountant. I reached out in July for a filling. I was told initially that my return would only take a couple of businesses days. The couple of days turned into weeks and then months. I submitted my personal tax information hoping that Jude would be able to complete my return in a timely manner and all I got was excuses. I reached out in JULY, followed up in AUGUST,  and heard back in OCTOBER with a follow up email apologizing for the late reply AFTER I submitted all documents required and sent over additional information that was requested. Check out the screenshots below for proof. Don't waste your time with this person. I honestly wish that I never took him seriously or sent over my personal information!

I'm writing this very late, but Jude helped me with my 2020 taxes after I got quite a wild bill. He was communicative, very helpful, and got the job done well and quickly (and I ended up breaking even!). I look forward to working with Jude in the future!

Hands down the easiest and most efficient tax filing my husband and I have ever done. Jude is very prompt, helpful and organized. Everything was done via email and he even organized a zoom call with us for a meet and greet while addressing any questions or concerns we may have. He is a hard-working CPA and would even email us back late at night and on weekends. We will only use his services from here on out. We highly recommend Jude!

Jude is a breath of fresh air when it comes to tax preparing. He was clear with everything we needed to do and clear with everything he was going to do for us. Our Business and personal taxes were done in a timely manner.
