I've used Office Spots twice after using many companies in the past. I'll be sticking with them! Elizabeth takes care of making the appointments, communication & she's very professional & polite. I even got a reminder recently that it has been a year since our last cleaning. To give a local business some work these days, I thought, absolutely! The guys are also very polite, prompt, thorough, & pay attention to detail. They did our family room, living room & hallway for $200. I think it's a great price to keep our carpets looking good & it may extend the life of them, too.

Office Spots consistently does a great job of getting our carpets sparkling clean despite the efforts of our two cats and their digestive systems. Elizabeth is great with reminders and calling to let us know they are on the way. Dave and team do a superb job of cleaning, followed our instructions to the tee and are quick. The drying time is fast, so carpet was clean by the time we got home from work. Highly recommend! Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

We reached out to Office Spots for a carpet cleaning and deodorizing job very last minute. Elizabeth gave me her best information and analysis right away, with detailed break-down of a bill within my budget. Both her email and phone communication is so effective and professional that I found very rare in bay area. Most of the times, we had to wait hours and even days for a cleaning company to return a simple phone call. On the actual cleaning job, it was faster and better than I expected within a 2 hour time frame, with certain tough spots both technician were wiling to try with extra efforts and explained to me their approached very patiently. We highly recommend Office Spots wholeheartedly.

We had Office Spots come and clean the carpet in our office in Pleasanton. They came out and gave us a quote and said that they would be able to get the spots out of our old carpet. They did an excellent job (spots all gone - they have not returned) and a very quick drying time. New life to an old carpet! Thanks
