it was not my idea to hire East Bay and Daniel as my former wife did this on her own and i was not sure was needed. I'm now very happy she did this as we had some things we needed articulated in paperwork and were able to communicate easily through him despite me being a little irritable initially. Everything was done correctly as we both wanted and divorce finalized without incident by court. Thanks Daniel.

I contacted Daniel for child custody advice and he did what 95% of other attorneys would not do, he told me what I didn't want to hear about my case and gave me the time of day that others wouldn't. If your looking for a family attorney east bay family law would be the firm to hire.

The process of divorce can be really hard. Thankfully, with the help of Daniel Hodsdon, our attorney who mediated the divorce, the process was made significantly easier. He's very responsive and knowledgeable on the questions we asked. He was also a calm, compassionate presence that helped us navigate the process with ease. The best part was how efficient he was.
