        My first time I have to say it wasnt my best experience. I was not planning on returning until I spoke with the owner herself. She was very kind, empathetic and apologetic for my first experience and truly wanted to make things right. I came in today and had the absolute best experience! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. I would absolutely go there again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending others as well. Thank you for making things right. Thank you for turning a bad situation positive. Exceptional customer service skills!!!

        Decent selection. Had an event today and I was excited about it because they told me about it last week and I took a picture of the banner they had in the store. I came here after work and tried going in and they said it was a closed event and I needed a ticket to enter. Im upset because it didnt say anything on the banner about needing a ticket, nor did they tell me that when I came in last week. I even called today, the day of, and asked how long the event was running and they didnt even mention the ticket lol. I was excited for it and they just wasted my time
