The new manager is really nice and fixed the old problems. She is very interactive if you need something.

VER VERY BAD...This manger is always harassing everybody in the complex, I just hate living under her management and it got to a point where I don't know if I'm living for free or paying money, everything in the house is rusty and it breaks all the time and when we get maintenance they don't do the right job and I have two cars that has parking permits on them which she gave me and she's telling me that if I park in my assigned parking she will call the towing company. It just ridiculous how she manages + she's 82 years old and she keeps on forgetting stuff, and her husband omg he's so rude to the residents and keeps on interfering with all the people and talk about rules when he doesn't do them, the management office needs to do something about the situation

The manager is nice until you bring up issues. We moved out at the beginning of August. Today is the day we are suppose to have our deposit back and they are no where near ready to print the check. The manager got upset when we told them we can't wait another week to for our deposit back. She asked me to sign the walk through and got pissy when I went to read what I was signing and said she never seen anyone like me before. The homes have roaches and maintenance does not get done correctly
