Been here 4+ months and this place is unbearable. Never been so disgusted with a living arrangement. No one cares about this place. A long list of things wrong: Hallways smell, people leaving trash out all day & weekends (knowing there is no trash service on weekends), Mailboxes broken for who knows how long, amenities offered washer/dryer facility(not working/closed), water is always being shut down for varies reasons to my building, dog poop not being picked up (no pride of anyone here), big pothole trying to get out of parking lot and my biggest concern is living under an open electrical panel for months-pretty sure that's a hazard (maybe even osha needs to be informed)short circuit can cause a fire, no patrol or no one from front office never notice what happens in last buildings. Long list, sorry but we pay good money to be here and are always on time with our rent. Should not be subject to such uncleanness. I do feel this place to be unsanitary and maybe even a danger due to electrical issues waiting to happen. I feel we were mislead and didn't know better coming from out of state. Can't wait to leave this place. I'm just hoping this helps the next person who thinks like we do and looking for a nice clean place, this is NOT it!!! Keep looking!

After a year of being here. I feel like we are trapped in a lease agreement that only is focused on taking our money. Not really the comfort of the tenants.

Genova showed me around and was very knowledgeable and sweet. She showed me two units when I was only scheduled to see one. The neighborhood was quiet and the units were very clean and spacious. Thank you for your great service!
