I gave a two star rating because the property manager Alvaro is responsive and takes action when something is wrong or needed for the tenants. The last previous property managers did absolutely nothing. As for the apartment, the downsides are expensive rent for 1bx1b, loud at night, home may be infested with mold and parasites. The good side of this place are the good and friendly neighbors, parking, close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants along with parks/playgrounds.

The former manager of this property Danae Davis was so wicked that she just did nothing to enforce the apartment's own rule about the no smoking drugs of any kind. She made all sorts of excuses to defend the smokers. Residents' complaints on just a couple of very bad individuals a few months ago fell on deaf ears and many good neighbors left because of that. I hope the new manager Brandy will overcome this obstacle. Other than that the property is a good place to live.

This is the definition of gentrification. Years ago a senior community opened up to families. During 2020 covid lock downs a major corporation purchased the complex and promised upgrades. The upgrades were to slap on paint, and some fancy looking photo, drive the rent up $400 and make it a higher end apartment driving out most of the seniors amd families. The units are so small that bedrooms, living, room and kitchen combined are the size of other same priced apartments living room alone. The amenities The complex has a pool, and game room. There is also some very nice pathways and garden like areas. Are parking freeway amd shopping close. The bad side crime and homeless are a major issue of the neighborhood and that has not changed. You can easily check on that online. The size of the unit is the big issue. If your in the navy and are used to living aboard ship you will fit right in as the master bedroom on a 2 bedroom is about as kid as a king size bed. Hall closets removed for in unit tiny washer dryer combos, no dining space amd the kitchens are actually half a kitchen and almost no counter space. If it were $1000 for a single and $1300 for a 2 bedroom it would be reasonable given the floor space and neighborhood. At their going rates don't give a corporation money to live in a slum.
