        If youre looking for an amazing, FAST, & more importantly, trustworthy place to get a smog check, youve found it! From the absolutely gracious receptionist (shoutout Tam! So nice to meet you!) to the guys in the garage, it was a painless & enjoyable experience! They went above & beyond, putting air in my tires & water etc. Just an overall great experience, especially if youre unfamiliar with the process. 5 out of 5 you guys!

        I called Friday before Christmas to find out if my vehicle was ready, it was ready the day before. They didnt call my correct phone number because they did not do their due diligence to check the system. They also put in parts that were not authorized by my warranty and tried to charge me for it, they wouldnt release my vehicle unless I paid for it. The owners resolution was to hold my car after Christmas and put the old parts back in. Absolutely ridiculous service. They didnt even call me to get my authorization to do so. I do not recommend for other active duty members to come here. They will sneak parts you didnt want or authorized then gaslight you into thinking you have to pay for them. Dont worry though I already posted and blasted the business to MCAS group on Facebook. I wont be taking it down until I get a refund

        Ive been taking my cars to Tom and John for over 20 years. They are the best! Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind. Theyve taken care of Toyotas, Subarus, BMWs and Lexus for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

      I am sorry you had a poor experience at Auto Tech. Your vehicle had an extended warranty that refused to cover your coolant hoses. Since the vehicle was overheated so badly that the pistons melted down and broke the radiator. The heater hoses were broken as well and could not be reused. We asked the extended warranty company to pay for them and they said it was not a covered item. We called 12/21/23 at 10:45 am we called again at 2:15pm and again at 4:36pm and 12/22/23 at 10:40. After many unanswered messages we felt we could not hold up the job any longer since the customer was complaining he was going to loose his job if it wasn’t repaired soon. The extended warranty company takes it’s time double checking our diagnoses before they let us proceed. The procedure with these companies is time consuming. When the customer came in he threatened us with a lawyer and to smear us on social media if we charged him for the parts we installed on his vehicle. As you can see he made good on his promise. Seeing that the entire job was over $6900.00 and his part was his deductible of $100.00 plus $374.00 + tax no labor was charged. As you can see from our other reviews this particular review is out of the ordinary. If we had not changed the heater hoses we could not give a warranty on the job since it would just overheat again. As a business we tend not to be bullied by threats of a smear campaign. As we all know not everything you read on the internet is true.
