Rite Aid - Closed

Never again. Would occasionally come here to pick up prescriptions for my mom One day I stopped to do that and went to the clearance makeup aisle. Every revlon eye shadow had a tag on it showing that the product would be 2.42. When I went to check out, come to find only 2 of the many eye shadows I chose were on sale and the rest were not. So first off misleading pricing. I actually used to work at a Rite Aid years ago and if somebody were to come up and show them the sign which was clearly written they would honor it but this guy did not. So whatever I get home and check my receipt and realized that I was charged for an extra one which costed 9.69. I called and spoke to a manager who stated that it wasnt an issue that they were sorry and to bring the receipt the next day for a refund. She said she would leave a note explaining the situation and I would have no issues. So I arrive and of course it was nothing but issues They said that the manager never left any note nor were they able to give out her information or name at all Or anybody for that fact so not quite sure what is going on at that location but I would stay far away. The customer service was terrible and the woman was very rude and angry even after I explained the whole situation She said I would have to come back another day after I drove 20 minutes again. Nope never again wont even waste the time driving back to get a refund. I will also be contacting upper Management about this because I used to work at a rite aid myself and this is just unacceptable behavior. Wish I could give the name of the associates who treated me poorly but they said they were not allowed to share that information lol

This place has the nicest employees, I dont really shop here, but Everytime the ladys are super sweet and help with everything. I appreciate that

Love the ice cream when it's on sale, but when it's 2 for $8- & I only need one, I should not have to pay $5.99 because I can't fit 2 in my little freezer. Plus some Dollar items are now $2-!! We Seniors get yearly increases, but the stores get that money, not us! STOP raising prices please!

The staff is friendly and they have a Thrifty ice cream for your sweet tooth.
