        Their elevator technicians are extremely rude and unprofessional. One came to service my building this morning and decided to yell profanities at me while he was sitting in the TKE vehicle and I was walking my dog. The behavior was uncalled for and extremely shocking.

        Driving on the freeway today I had to pass to the right of their trucks. The driver was on the phone, driving with one hand and going 60 mph in the far left/fast lane. Very unsafe. Very unaware. Very rude. Is this their approach to their work?
