        Don't use them, go to Nauman and Hobbs or Yale, I wish I had. They promised me a fully certified reconditioned used forklift and when it showed up, it looked like it had just come from the previous owner. They had to send their service guys out to fix it, I got ripped off. Already needing to have it repaired after 18 months and I don't drive it more than an hour a month. Don't trust them.

        I participated in a forklift certification class with Alfredo at Toyotalift. I had never used a forklift before the class. While I certainly need more on the job practice I can confidently say I know how to operate a forklift while keeping safety in mind at all times.
