I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon.The staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in providing good customer service or listening to my requests. The stylist completely butchered my hair, despite me clearly explaining what I wanted. Not only did they not achieve the desired look, but they also left me with an uneven and unflattering haircut. I left feeling frustrated and upset. Additionally, the salon was dirty and poorly maintained, with hair all over the floor and dirty tools scattered around. Overall, I would not recommend this women's salon to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I had a hair cut and highlight and the person did not ask me how I wanted my Highlights. The person Just did it and also cut my hair without asking how much I wanted cut. Also they do NOT take credit cards or Debits. You need to have cash. People there look like they know what they are doing but they are NOT Friendly. I did not feel comfortable being there. Pricing is very high in cost. I regret not sticking with my current Hair Dresser. I wanted to try something new. It would be nice if the Hair dressers be a little more friendly. They do not have enough space to sit down while you are waiting. I will not mind paying the price if the customer service is good, but here I will give it a 1. They do not have any Magazines to look at, bring your own if you are getting a hair cut or Up Do. Ask for cost before you make your appointment and make sure you have extra cash just in case is a little more. I was quoted a certain prize and when I went for my appointment I had to pay $40.00 dollars more + the tip. I will say I will try them for an Up Do and if they change there customer service.
