Hi Harley,Sorry for failing to exceed your expectations. During your initial complaint, you said that your room had no hot water, there was never any mention of a cold water issue to our desk agent nor to customer relations. When you did report the issue, we promptly sent our maintenance team to investigate and both the hot and cold water were working correctly. In addition, our housekeeping reported that the shower had been used as well as the towels, and the amenities. As a kind gesture, we still moved your room for you even though it was only 2 hours before your checkout time.About your deposit, at no time did we ever say that we were not giving you back your deposit. We did deny a refund for the room charge as you stayed in the room, were moved to another, and we could not substantiate any of the claims you made regarding the water. The $100 deposit was released upon checking you out. As far as anyone "hanging up" on customer relations, they contacted me on my personal phone and the call was dropped, no one hung up on anyone.In closing, I think it is only fair to be honest and truthful when leaving reviews in a public forum. Your comments and concerns were met with nothing but kindness and respect though that is not what you showed our staff in return.We thank you for staying with us and hope you have a wonderful day.
